City Creek Center Holiday Coloring Book
Client: Taubman Properties
City Creek Center is a popular mall located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Each year, they work with a local artist to produce a holiday-themed coloring book as gifts for patrons who visit the Santa's Lantern for photos with Santa. I created eight custom illustrations, featuring recognizable architectural elements of the mall. The book is also filled with cheerful phrases and scenes of winter activities.
I worked with the team at Taubman to compile a written list of approved sceneries and phrases. I then presented one concept sketch per coloring page based on our list of content. The sketches were drawn with a tablet. The final illustrations were vectored in Adobe Illustrator.
